This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to incoming leads via call, text, and email in a timely manner
• Assess potential tenants and collect essential information
• Arrange property tours for leasing agents
• Manage calendars and oversee availability
• Dispatch confirmations and reminders to minimize no-show rates
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects after property tours
• Keep precise records of all interactions
• Ensure lead pipelines are organized and current
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Effective communication skills with a clear accent
• Comfortable engaging in phone conversations and texting with leads
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Capable of multitasking and handling several conversations simultaneously
• Dependable and quick to respond during working hours
• Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, or leasing is advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (Zoho preferred but not mandatory)
