This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Act as the main point of contact for potential and future tenants seeking information, viewing, and applying for homes with Darwin.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of prospective tenants from initial inquiry through to tours, applications, and lease signings.

• Serve as the representative of Darwin Homes as the first interaction point with potential residents.

• Address inquiries, evaluate prospects, and promote property features effectively.

• Handle the leasing and application procedures for incoming residents.

• Grasp prospect requirements and instill a sense of urgency to apply.

• Navigate and resolve challenging situations while fostering strong relationships.

• Maintain records of communication with prospects and ensure paperwork and computer systems are updated.

• Develop expertise in the assigned market and represent it in virtual settings.

• Be available to work on weekends and/or evenings as necessary to meet sales objectives.

• Must possess a valid and active Real Estate License.

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in property management within the single-family or multi-family rental sectors.

• Demonstrated success in a high-paced, demanding sales environment.

• Excellent organizational capabilities.

• Ability to excel in a rapidly changing and evolving growth environment.

• Proficient communication skills, both in-person and through technology, with colleagues and team members.
