Leasing Agent – Residential Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist tenants in their apartment hunts and leasing questions

• Arrange and lead property viewings

• Promote available units utilizing Prospect Equities® technology and training

• Maintain communication with clients and property partners

• Oversee your own schedule and client pipeline

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid Illinois Leasing License, OR

• Be enrolled in the 15-hour Illinois Residential Leasing course or the 75-hour Illinois Real Estate Broker course
