This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• You will serve as the initial point of contact for potential residents.
• This role involves addressing inquiries, qualifying leads, and promoting the property’s features to prospective residents.
• Oversee the leasing and application process for new residents.
• Building new relationships with our customers is essential for the success of this role.
• Utilize your customer-friendly demeanor along with your skills in diffusing and resolving challenging situations to nurture relationships.
• Handle various responsibilities, such as managing lease files, updating necessary documentation and computer systems, and executing marketing and advertising tasks.
• Become well-versed in the community and the surrounding areas where our homes are located.
• A Local State Real Estate License is preferred but not mandatory.
• A BA or Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Experience in New Home Sales is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record in Lead Conversion is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
• Ability to manage in-office presentations effectively.
• Must be able to think creatively and outside the box.
• A valid Driver’s License is required (occasional travel may be necessary).
• Capability to be active and lift up to 50lbs is essential.
• Fully remote position, with 15%-25% of time spent visiting properties.
