Lease and Financing Specialist, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Elevate the customer experience by providing personalized financing solutions.

• Create new opportunities through direct engagement with customers and field sales activities.

• Deliver training, participate in trade shows, and enhance AFS visibility through focused marketing efforts.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to foster additional business, increase AFS adoption, and optimize commercial prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.

• An MBA or certification as a Certified Lease & Finance Professional is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in equipment leasing/structured finance, program development, financial services, and sales/originations.

• Demonstrated capability to devise lease and financing proposals.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial and accounting principles, including IFRS and tax accounting.

• Strong commercial insight with proficiency in financial solutions and implementation of growth strategies.

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficiency in German and English is required; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
