This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the LearnOps Academy by managing our micro certifications and comprehensive LearnOps certification, addressing learner inquiries, and launching a new micro credential each month based on current industry trends.
• Develop and implement enablement strategies that facilitate scalable learning and content creation throughout the organization, for customers, and for partners.
• Play a pivotal role in expanding and engaging the world's first LearnOps Community, collaborating with industry experts and Chief Learning Officers from top global organizations.
• This position combines creative direction, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. You will closely collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and our CEO to define and enhance our community and enablement ecosystems.
• A post-secondary degree in education, instructional design, communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — thoughtful, direct, and kind.
• Strong capability to manage stakeholder relationships and operate cross-functionally.
• A self-starter who takes initiative, resolves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• An analytical mindset — comfortable utilizing data to inform and refine strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for documentation — for yourself, your team, and the community.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, outcome-based, and transparent environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for managing learner communications, enrollment workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with one or more Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proficiency in administering learner programs, issuing certifications, and managing course content.
