Learning Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Manage, configure, and sustain enterprise learning platforms, encompassing courses, learning paths, user accounts, enrollments, roles, and permissions.

• Provide support for one or more learning systems as part of an integrated learning technology ecosystem, ensuring uniform governance and user experience across various platforms.

• Uphold data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance through consistent reviews, controls, and thorough documentation.

• Establish and communicate platform-level standards, naming conventions, and structural guidelines.

• Empower stakeholders with documentation, onboarding, coaching, and review processes that facilitate scalable self-service.

• Ensure accurate and defensible learning data and reporting across learning platforms and interconnected systems.

• Utilize built-in automation and AI-driven features within learning platforms and associated tools to enhance consistency, discoverability, and administrative efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in managing a learning management system; experience with Docebo is highly preferred.

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment within established standards and governance frameworks.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex systems and data.

• Demonstrated ability to document processes and convey guidance to non-technical audiences.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a service-oriented, enablement-focused capacity.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
