This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement onboarding programs for case managers and paralegals that encompass case management systems, demand package development, client communication standards, and escalation procedures.
• Develop onboarding initiatives for attorneys and pre-litigation attorneys that cover case strategy standards, settlement objectives, file ownership expectations, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Managing Attorneys and senior attorneys to ensure the accuracy of legal content and decision-making.
• Provide backup support for case managers and staff when not conducting a training session.
• Work alongside attorney and case management leadership as subject matter experts while maintaining ownership of learning design and delivery.
• Conduct ongoing training based on performance indicators, quality scores, case velocity, and compliance assessments.
• Create and sustain role-specific assessments and certification benchmarks.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides tailored for high-paced, high-volume caseloads.
• Monitor ramp-up time, quality outcomes, and training effectiveness by role.
• Present training insights to Learning Solutions leadership.
• Establish credibility and trust with experienced staff through fluency in case team processes.
• Experience in a personal injury law firm or similar professional services setting with credentialed personnel (attorneys, paralegals, case managers, medical providers, clinicians).
• Proficiency in Filevine or comparable CRMs such as Salesforce, Clio, or SmartAdvocate, or equivalent systems in another regulated sector.
• Capability to design training for both process-oriented and judgment-oriented roles, or a clear perspective on addressing both effectively.
• Strong skills in instructional design, including needs analysis, curriculum development, assessment creation, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Comfort in collaborating with senior subject matter experts, including attorneys and Managing Attorneys.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skill in simplifying complex information for diverse audiences with varying levels of experience and backgrounds.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous training development projects in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment.
• Preferred: Over 2 years of experience in designing and delivering training in a dynamic, production-focused personal injury legal setting.
• Preferred background in compliance, insurance, financial services, healthcare operations, or similar regulated or high-volume environments.
• Preferred experience in establishing certification or competency checkpoints linked to measurable performance outcomes.
• Preferred experience in a fast-evolving startup or developing organizational structures.
