Learning Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Learnlight's mission, an EdTech organization focused on improving human skills in professional settings.

• Take on a significant role in the planning, execution, and management of learning development initiatives.

• Collaborate with essential stakeholders and oversee collaborators to guarantee project outcomes are timely and aligned with budgetary constraints.

• Detect and address risks that may impact project delivery while supporting high-quality digital learning experiences.

• Lead and coordinate projects related to Language, Intercultural, and Interpersonal Skills by developing clear project plans and milestones.

• Supervise project implementation to ensure content quality and maintain documentation while monitoring progress using suitable tools.

• Foster process enhancements, conduct stand-up meetings, and work in tandem with specialists and Learning Business Analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, encompassing planning, forecasting, and budget oversight.

• At least 1 year of experience in managing stakeholders and external resources, including authors, trainers, or developers.

• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and product development processes (preferably in EdTech or similar fields).

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and the capability to implement best practices for successful delivery.

• Highly collaborative and empathetic, with the ability to motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.

• Proficient in English, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
