• Assisting in learning and operational enablement within a high-volume service setting
• Ownership of training programs, governance of content and documentation, along with operational support
• Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness, process execution, and knowledge management
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders on a weekly basis to ensure the effective development, execution, and continuous improvement of training plans
• Conducting structured monthly reviews to guarantee alignment and compliance of training documentation
• Creating and maintaining training materials, job aids, and learning resources
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 2 to 5 years of experience in training, learning operations, process improvement, or content/documentation management
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in service-based or customer-facing roles (e.g., customer support, healthcare, consulting, hospitality)
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Experience in supporting PPI/continuous improvement initiatives or similar methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Proficient in learning management systems (LMS), SharePoint, and content/documentation management tools
• Experience in managing shared mailboxes or support channels in an operational context
