This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Create and sustain scalable production workflows that facilitate ongoing content updates and the launch of new products.
• Advocate for and support the integration of technology, including AI tools and automation, into editorial and production processes.
• Collaborate across functions with content editors, subject matter experts, product managers, and developers to enhance delivery processes.
• Organize the operational planning and execution of significant Learning Team projects, providing transparent progress tracking and reporting to the Learning Manager.
• Identify and execute process enhancements that optimize content operations, minimize inefficiencies, and boost throughput.
• Maintain and enhance internal knowledge management systems, reinforcing documentation, knowledge sharing, and onboarding practices.
• Oversee the freelance invoicing process and track budgets across Learning Team initiatives to ensure effective resource allocation.
• A minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in editorial or content-centric project management in digital education, publishing, or a similar field.
• In-depth knowledge of content production workflows, automation, tools, and project lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with digital learning products and asynchronous education models.
• Proficient in using project management platforms, especially Notion.
• Strong skills in workflow documentation and process optimization.
• Awareness of AI tools and their potential to enhance editorial and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in implementing automation to minimize administrative tasks.
• Experience in coordinating stakeholders across geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
