Learning Media Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop multimedia resources for educational experiences, such as product demonstration videos, animations, motion graphics, visual aids, presentations, GIFs, and reusable templates.

• Collaborate with Technical Education Developers to convert learning objectives, scripts, and technical information into impactful visual learning experiences.

• Apply visual design principles and adult learning theories to enhance clarity, engagement, and knowledge retention.

• Utilize AI-powered tools and workflows to expedite content production, prototyping, and multimedia development while upholding quality standards.

• Create and edit video-based educational content, including screen recordings, annotations, captions, voiceovers, and motion graphics.

• Establish reusable visual frameworks, templates, and standards that foster consistency across courses, the Academy platform, and Community experiences.

• Assist in visual branding and user experience within Varicent Academy (Docebo) and Varicent Community (Gainsight).

• Conduct quality reviews to ensure that multimedia assets comply with standards for accessibility, usability, accuracy, and learner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating multimedia, visual, video, or motion design assets for educational, training, enablement, or software-focused environments.

• Advanced skills in Figma and experience in developing scalable design systems and visual assets.

• Familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows that enhance design, multimedia production, prototyping, or content creation processes.

• Strong grasp of visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout, composition, and user experience.

• Capability to translate intricate concepts into clear visuals that aid learner comprehension and minimize cognitive load.

• Experience working with subject matter experts, instructional designers, or cross-functional teams to deliver multimedia projects.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and feedback integration abilities, with the skill to articulate design decisions and iterate effectively.

• Proficient with tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate Storyline/Rise, ElevenLabs, Claude, or comparable multimedia and learning technologies.
