Learning Management Systems, Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, implement, and sustain LMS training resources by utilizing adult learning principles and industry best practices.

• Adhere to a systematic instructional design methodology for the development, execution, maintenance, documentation, review, and approval of training.

• Create engaging online learning modules with Articulate 360 (Storyline 360 and/or Rise 360).

• Develop scenario-based learning experiences and assessments that evaluate learner understanding and information retention.

• Produce SCORM-compliant eLearning modules that align with Section 508 accessibility standards.

• Facilitate live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions, webinars, and user training initiatives.

• Create and uphold training documentation, user manuals, job aids, and instructional resources.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and refresh course content.

• Maintain orderly training records, documentation, and version control procedures.

• Proven experience in adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.

• Background in employing a structured approach to the development, implementation, and maintenance of training, including documentation and review/approval workflows.

• Experience in conducting live virtual training sessions.

• Proficiency in using Articulate 360 for the creation of scenario-based online learning modules.

• Familiarity with developing SCORM-compliant eLearning content.

• Experience in creating training materials that comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.

• Competence in integrating scenario-based assessments into online training programs.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
