This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Improve the implementation, usage, and maintenance of IVC Evidensia's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with an international team to enhance the effectiveness of the LMS.
• Serve as the primary contact for colleagues seeking assistance with their learning objectives.
• Perform regular administrative duties including content release, user management, reporting, and system upkeep.
• Offer technical support to regional teams and end-users.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders in your region.
• Assist with reporting requirements and contribute to data projects related to the LMS.
• Help create and maintain LMS documentation and associated policies.
• Partner with the Global LMS Technologist for innovation and enhancements.
• Evaluate new features and support end-user training for the LMS.
• Possess a degree or at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to simplify and effectively communicate technological concepts to individuals with varying levels of tech understanding and skills.
• Proven experience in managing and administering Learning Management Systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Office 365 applications and tools.
• Solid experience in using Excel, especially for data analysis and manipulation.
• Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards.
• Knowledge of common digital learning content formats (e.g., audio, video, SCORM).
• Understanding of technology-driven pedagogical approaches (e.g., gamification, micro-learning, etc.).
• Awareness of data governance best practices and compliance with GDPR regulations.
• A general inclination towards IT and technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
