This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) throughout the entire course lifecycle, which includes setup, configuration, launch readiness, maintenance, publishing, unpublishing, archiving, and course retirement.
• Administer the back-end of the LMS and integrated systems, such as Docebo, certification tools, and Accredible, ensuring seamless operation and data accuracy.
• Perform regular system evaluations to track performance, detect bugs or technical issues proactively, and coordinate solutions with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Supervise all activities related to course content, which involves uploading learning materials, managing SCORM files, assisting with bug fixes, and ensuring readiness for delivery.
• Work closely with Instructional Designers and the Learning Design Advisor to confirm content compatibility with platform architecture and technical standards.
• Offer operational and technical support for online, blended, and self-paced learning programs, covering learner access, troubleshooting, and virtual learning environments.
• Manage course certificates and digital badges, including editing, tagging, uploading, and resolving any certificate-related issues.
• Monitor and evaluate platform and content accessibility, ensuring compliance with recognized accessibility standards (including WCAG 2.1 AAA) in partnership with the Learning Design Advisor.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS administration or a similar role in learning technology.
• Experience in international and globally distributed work environments.
• Proven expertise in LMS administration, covering user management, permissions, cohorts, enrollments, progress tracking, and course lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, with proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across LMS platforms, file structures, and integrated systems.
• Capability to configure courses based on instructional design specifications and learner needs.
• Proficient in LMS reporting, including the generation of standard and custom reports and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with Docebo or similar enterprise LMS platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in at least two languages, including English, French (strongly preferred), Spanish, or Arabic (knowledge of three languages is an added advantage).
