This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and enthusiasm while consistently demonstrating the significance of both task proficiency and relationship-building;
• Engage in Company events, activities, and meetings with a positive demeanor and an infectious, upbeat attitude;
• Manage and act as the internal subject matter expert to enhance system solutions for our learning management system (LMS), Agilix Buzz;
• Oversee large-scale LMS initiatives, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, or feature rollouts;
• Regularly execute routine system administrator tasks, such as maintenance/updates, system backups, security management, roles, profiles, domain permissions, and customizations;
• Serve as a strategic partner for integrations with student information systems (SIS), content providers, and other third-party tools while evaluating feasibility, documenting requirements, and managing execution;
• Generate and distribute analytics, reports, and dashboards for user departments;
• Collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and academic leaders to ensure system configurations align with instructional objectives;
• Troubleshoot and address user-reported issues promptly, providing hands-on assistance to staff and ensuring minimal disruption to instruction and operations;
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in administering the Agilix Buzz Learning Management System; experience with similar learning management systems may be considered in place of Agilix Buzz;
• Prior experience in a role as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst is preferred;
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to train and support non-technical users;
• Working knowledge of what constitutes personally identifiable information (PII) and strategies to prevent incidental or unauthorized disclosure;
• Strong experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Asana is preferred;
