This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance onboarding curricula for coaches, including learning outlines, LMS pathways, learner resources, practice scenarios, job aids, and reinforcement programs post-training.
• Conduct live virtual and asynchronous training sessions, daily learner interactions, Coach Power Hours, Coach Huddles, Masterclass sessions, and various ongoing development forums.
• Manage training logistics, which encompasses learner communications, LMS assignments, training calendars, touchpoints, preceptor alignment, coordination with Epic trainers, and post-go-live support.
• Create or coordinate self-paced modules, videos, learning assessments, job aids, and interactive learning experiences.
• Track and maintain training intake, capacity, and data to facilitate prioritization, resource planning, and visibility into training demand.
• Convert quality rubrics, coaching standards, documentation expectations, and performance metrics into actionable learning experiences.
• Ensure version control of learning resources, including workflows, systems, policies, and changes in client requirements.
• Collaborate with Epic trainers, health coaches, operations leaders, clinical leaders, and analytics partners to identify training scope based on role and learning needs.
• Assist in change management by crafting communications for managers and learners, expectation-setting materials, and transition plans for new workflows or system adjustments.
• Deliver targeted constructive feedback and effectively engage with learners of varied experience levels, learning preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
• Recognize training gaps, workflow ambiguities, documentation risks, and process inefficiencies; propose enhancements and escalate needs as necessary.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in teaching, training, or curriculum development is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Care Solutions Coaching or clinical roles is preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey information confidently, creatively, and interactively are required.
• Experience in classroom and/or virtual facilitation is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Health Coaching and/or health coaching certification, NBHWC certification, clinical coaching experience, or equivalent coaching-practice expertise is preferred.
• Robust understanding of operational processes related to coaching is required.
• Experience in developing or maintaining LMS-based training modules, digital learning content, job aids, learner guides, or interactive training materials is essential.
• Strong familiarity with Epic, Care Solutions systems, and tools is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Wrike, LMS, SharePoint, Webex, and Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Solid understanding of health coaching workflows, motivational interviewing, coaching documentation, and adult-learning principles is important.
• Ability to simplify complex clinical, technical, compliance, and operational workflows into clear, practical training content is required.
• Strong skills in change management communication are essential.
• Ability to collaborate across clinical operations, business enablement, analytics, quality, compliance, Epic training, and client-facing teams is necessary.
• Capacity to influence others and facilitate organizational change is important.
• Ability to quickly establish professional, trusting, and constructive relationships is required.
• Full-time availability of at least 40 hours per week is mandatory.
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds is required.
