This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Learning Experience & Technology Manager will oversee the complete instructional design process, manage instructional design tools and platforms, and administer the learning management system (LMS).
• You will collaborate with People & Culture leaders and Honest’s subject matter experts to strategize, design, implement, and assess curricula, courses, modules, and resources aimed at new hire orientation, role-based training, and regulatory/compliance education.
• You will apply fundamental principles of adult learning theory and instructional design in conjunction with emerging trends and technologies to develop effective learning experiences.
• You will handle the ongoing management and administrative responsibilities necessary for maintaining the LMS.
• You will be responsible for owning and maintaining all learning governance materials: standards, guides, and templates.
• You will engage in standard to complex projects, concentrating on crafting impactful and innovative learning solutions that are aligned with our strategic objectives.
• Your contributions will directly impact the success of our Learning & Organizational Development initiatives, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled workforce that enhances our organization's capabilities.
• By utilizing data analytics and feedback mechanisms, you will continuously improve and refine our content and resources, driving ongoing effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, instructional design, or adult learning, or a minimum of five years of experience in adult learning, learning & development, education, or a related area.
• Over 5 years of experience in instructional design/curriculum development.
• More than 2 years of experience in learning management system administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Technology Skills: proficient/expert in Articulate, Camtasia, and Canva; proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
• Communication Skills: outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Project Management Skills: capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Adaptability: ability to adjust to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem Solving Skills: strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges and devise effective solutions in instructional design and LMS administration.
• Attention to Detail: exceptional attention to detail to maintain accuracy and consistency across all materials.
• Creativity and Innovation: capacity to think creatively to develop unique and engaging learning solutions.
