This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Foster and uphold a constructive and professional learning atmosphere.
• Design and enhance training and development initiatives that align with product-specific methodologies and strategies.
• Organize, coordinate, and execute training programs effectively.
• Ensure the successful implementation of new-hire training and onboarding programs for TaskUs and its clients.
• Supervise and manage up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders as direct reports.
• Keep training schedules up-to-date and manage employee rosters for designated sites and/or GEOs.
• Create positions for new learning experience staff, including defining job descriptions, responsibilities, and compensation ranges.
• Conduct interviews, onboard new learning experience staff, and set clear expectations.
• Evaluate, observe, grade, coach, and provide constructive feedback to learning experience staff.
• Set quarterly KPIs, establish standards, conduct performance evaluations, and set goals.
• Supply tools and resources for the creation of training materials.
• Maintain electronic records for Learning Experience Leaders.
• Analyze training evaluations to identify trends, enhance training effectiveness, decrease speed-to-proficiency targets, and relay client feedback.
• Innovate and maintain cutting-edge training methodologies.
• Develop courses aimed at the growth and development of current employees.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations to optimize the pipeline-to-production cycle and trainee performance feedback.
• Allocate resources for occupational health and safety prevention and control measures.
• Ensure training for workers in occupational health and safety protocols.
• Continuously enhance training programs and learning opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A four-year college degree in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of prior training experience is required.
• At least two years of previous management experience, preferably in training or learning development.
• Two years of experience in a BPO setting is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in technical support and/or emergency coordination, emergency response, or crisis management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• A strong desire to learn and adapt quickly to changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict management and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended hours.
• High-energy and enthusiastic approach to training.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, project management, problem-solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
