This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and implement the AI apprenticeship course.

• Develop a practical AI competency framework.

• Design a modular curriculum structure.

• Generate comprehensive, ready-to-deliver educational materials.

• Organize the modules into the apprenticeship pathway.

• Collect feedback from participants and facilitators.

• Transform existing educator and youth content into digital formats.

• Generate content aimed at new audiences.

• Assess and sustain existing content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in instructional design and learning science.

• Proven experience in converting face-to-face training into digital and e-learning formats.

• Experience in designing modular, competency-based curricula or educational systems.

• A portfolio showcasing created learning artifacts.

• Solid working knowledge of current AI tools and concepts.

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into understandable language.

• Strong content creation and writing skills.

• Experience in designing for adult and informal learners.

• Background in working with diverse and underserved learner populations.

• Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is an advantage.
