This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Transform structured content outlines and scripts into visually engaging training modules, slide decks, workbooks, and job aids while adhering to established brand standards.

• Consistently apply MFL brand guidelines across all learning materials to maintain a unified look and feel across various formats and delivery platforms.

• Design and produce eLearning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar), incorporating screen layouts, animations, interactions, and media integration.

• Develop participant workbooks, facilitator guides, knowledge checks, and reference materials that are visually professional and user-friendly.

• Select and integrate suitable visuals, graphics, icons, and multimedia components that enhance understanding without overwhelming the content.

• Utilize adult learning theories to create learning content that supports a comprehensive learner journey as a cohesive suite.

• Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and subject matter experts to comprehend content objectives and translate them into effective design decisions.

• Maintain organized file management and version control for all design assets and project deliverables.

• Upload, configure, and troubleshoot course content within the Learning Management System (LMS), currently TalentLMS.

• Ensure all materials comply with accessibility standards and are optimized for the intended delivery method (in-person, virtual, asynchronous LMS).

• Manage multiple concurrent design projects across various programs, adhering to production timelines while upholding a high standard of quality.

• Review finalized materials for consistency, design accuracy, and alignment with instructional goals prior to delivery.

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners to iterate and enhance existing training materials.

• Stay updated on design trends in legal professional development, eLearning, and corporate training environments.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or training production, with a robust portfolio showcasing visual quality and design diversity.

• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles to enhance the optimization and effectiveness of learning for various learner demographics.

• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, including the ability to create branching scenarios (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, PowerPoint or similar platforms).

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva for Enterprise, or equivalent.

• Proven ability to consistently apply brand standards across a range of learning deliverables.

• Experience in publishing and managing content within a Learning Management System.

• Strong creative judgment with the capability to present complex material in a visually engaging, organized, and learner-friendly manner.

• Meticulous attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple production timelines simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders across various functions.

• Experience in designing training for professional services, legal, or compliance-intensive environments.

• Familiarity with TalentLMS or similar cloud-based LMS platforms.

• Background in video production, motion graphics, or audio narration editing.

• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS content packaging.

• Experience with knowledge management web platforms such as SharePoint.

• Experience in a hypergrowth and multi-state or geographically distributed organization.

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively interact with personnel at all levels, including executives, management, attorneys, and support staff.

• Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and aptitude for quickly learning new technology.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Capacity to be a proactive self-starter who understands details within a broader context.

• Flexibility and ability to respond swiftly and positively to changing demands.

• Capability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong judgment with regard to confidentiality, LMS content accuracy, and sensitive business information.
