This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Transform structured outlines and scripts into engaging training modules, slide decks, workbooks, and job aids while adhering to established brand standards.
• Consistently apply MFL brand guidelines across all educational materials to maintain a unified appearance across various formats and delivery platforms.
• Design and create eLearning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar), which includes screen layouts, animations, interactions, and media integration.
• Develop participant workbooks, facilitator guides, knowledge assessments, and reference materials that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
• Choose and incorporate suitable visuals, graphics, icons, and multimedia elements that enhance understanding without overwhelming the content.
• Utilize adult learning theories to craft learning content that supports the entire learner journey as an integrated suite.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and subject matter experts to grasp content objectives and translate them into effective design decisions.
• Maintain organized file management and version control for all design assets and project outputs.
• Upload, configure, and troubleshoot course content within the Learning Management System (LMS), specifically TalentLMS.
• Ensure all materials comply with accessibility standards and are optimized for the intended delivery formats (in-person, virtual, asynchronous LMS).
• Oversee multiple design projects across various programs, adhering to production timelines while upholding high-quality standards.
• Review finished materials for consistency, accuracy in design elements, and alignment with instructional goals prior to delivery.
• Integrate feedback from stakeholders and learners to refine and enhance existing training materials.
• Stay updated on design trends in legal professional development, eLearning, and corporate training sectors.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or training production, along with a robust portfolio showcasing visual quality and design diversity.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles to enhance the optimization and efficacy of learning for varied learner demographics.
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools, including the creation of branching scenarios (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, PowerPoint, or comparable platforms).
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva for Enterprise, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to consistently apply brand standards across a range of learning deliverables.
• Experience in publishing and managing content within a Learning Management System.
• Strong creative judgment with the capability to present complex material in a visually engaging, organized, and learner-friendly manner.
• Excellent attention to detail, project management abilities, and capacity to manage multiple production timelines concurrently.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders across functions.
• Experience in designing training for professional services, legal, or compliance-intensive environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with TalentLMS or similar cloud-based LMS platforms (preferred).
• Background in video production, motion graphics, or audio narration editing (preferred).
