This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Convert structured content outlines and scripts into visually engaging training modules, slide decks, workbooks, and job aids while adhering to established brand standards.
• Consistently apply MFL brand guidelines across all learning materials, ensuring a unified appearance across various formats and delivery platforms.
• Design and create eLearning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar), incorporating screen layouts, animations, interactions, and media elements.
• Develop participant workbooks, facilitator guides, knowledge checks, and reference materials that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
• Choose and integrate suitable visuals, graphics, icons, and multimedia components that enhance understanding without overwhelming the content.
• Utilize adult learning theories to design educational content that supports the complete learner journey as a cohesive suite.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and subject matter experts to grasp content objectives and translate them into effective design strategies.
• Maintain organized file management and version control for all design assets and project deliverables.
• Upload, configure, and troubleshoot course content within the Learning Management System (LMS), currently utilizing TalentLMS.
• Ensure all materials comply with accessibility standards and are optimized for the intended delivery format (in-person, virtual, asynchronous LMS).
• Oversee multiple concurrent design projects across various programs, adhering to production timelines while upholding high quality standards.
• Review completed materials for consistency, accuracy of design elements, and alignment with instructional intent prior to delivery.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners to refine and enhance existing training materials.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or training production, with a robust portfolio showcasing visual quality and design diversity.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles to enhance the optimization and effectiveness of learning for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, including the creation of branching scenarios (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, PowerPoint, or comparable platforms).
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva for Enterprise, or equivalents.
• Proven ability to consistently apply brand standards across a variety of learning deliverables.
• Experience in publishing and managing content within a Learning Management System.
• Strong creative judgment with the capability to present complex material in a visually engaging, organized, and learner-friendly manner.
• Excellent attention to detail, project management abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple production timelines concurrently.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in collaborating across functions with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Experience in designing training for professional services, legal, or compliance-intensive environments (Preferred).
• Familiarity with TalentLMS or similar cloud-based LMS platforms (Preferred).
• Background in video production, motion graphics, or audio narration editing (Preferred).
