• Create and implement training pathways for chiropractic professionals.

• Work alongside senior team members to gather and develop impactful training materials.

• Establish mastery pathways in accordance with established SOPs and processes.

• Maintain training quality and effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

• Understanding of adult learning principles.

• Background in Learning & Development, instructional design, or curriculum creation.

• Capability to distill complex concepts into practical content.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Prior experience in franchise training or education is preferred.
