Learning Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct dynamic remote and in-person training sessions for customers (a minimum of 2 each month).

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and internal enablement workshops.

• Design and deliver customized training that accommodates various learning styles and audiences.

• Utilize digital tools (such as Google Slides, Canva, Loom, LMS, or equivalent) for presentations and visual content development.

• Oversee training logistics, including scheduling, tracking attendance, distributing pre-work, and conducting follow-ups.

• Gather feedback and administer post-training surveys to continually improve the effectiveness of the programs.

• Manage and update Lavanda's AI training database, ensuring Ava's responses accurately represent new features, common customer inquiries, and current product behavior.

• Review and enhance AI content for precision, tone, and consistency.

• Collaborate with the Support and Product teams to document frequently asked customer questions, ensuring the AI assistant (Ava) provides accurate answers.

• Work with Product Support and Engineering to validate new workflows and document significant feature updates.

• Conduct peer reviews of the Lavanda Help Centre and training materials to ensure clarity and accuracy.

• Address ad-hoc customer training requests and offer 1:1 or small group sessions as necessary.

• Assist in the rollout of training for enterprise clients in partnership with Implementation and Success teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in learning design, training delivery, or customer education, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or B2B settings.

• Strong technical writing and editing capabilities with a focus on excellent grammar and clarity.

• Proven ability to distill technical concepts into accessible content for customers.

• Proficient in using learning and documentation tools (including Help Centre platforms, LMS, Canva, Loom, etc.).

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple training projects concurrently.

• Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure documentation accuracy.

• Remain calm and professional under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.

• Creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic about fostering learning and success in others.
