Learning & Enablement Lead – Data & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in training initiatives such as the **Fellowship Program**.

• Develop and sustain **learning paths** in Data, Analytics, and AI.

• Coordinate knowledge-sharing activities (chapters, webinars, internal discussions).

• Assist mentors and facilitators in crafting content and organizing sessions.

• Aid in the selection and oversight of participants in training programs.

• Arrange ceremonies and significant events (kick-offs, closures).

• Proven technical experience in Data, Analytics, and AI.

• Highly organized, execution-oriented, and meticulous.

• Capability to structure learning tracks and content effectively.

• Commitment to continually update knowledge on new tools and market trends.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong didactic ability to educate.

• Proficient in English – responsible for delivering training to international cohorts.
