Learning & Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director of Educational Programs and essential stakeholders to investigate, predict, and define forthcoming educational products that align with member requirements, strategic goals, and revenue targets.

• Create and implement pedagogically sound learning paths, courses, and programs utilizing established methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Agile) across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.

• Evaluate LMS data and key performance indicators; construct dashboards and reports to measure program effectiveness and guide process and quality enhancements.

• Work closely with events operations and logistical teams before, during, and after programs to ensure exceptional learning experiences for CDA audiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Organizational Development, Communications, or relevant experience.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a learning or instructional design role.

• Proficient in course authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and RISE), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Camtasia, etc.

• Technical expertise in virtual training platforms and live training session delivery, including Webex, Zoom, and Teams.
