📋 Description

• Create interactive learning solutions aimed at external audiences by applying principles of adult learning and instructional design.

• Produce top-quality resources for facilitators and learners, including presentation materials, assessments, and digital content.

• Design e-learning modules and multimedia educational assets utilizing modern authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.

• Work in partnership with subject matter experts and internal teams to guarantee that learning content is accurate, relevant, and tailored to its purpose.

• Ensure that all educational materials comply with brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Adult Education, Learning Design, Instructional Design, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Proven experience in creating training materials and learning solutions for external audiences or in commercial learning settings.

• Strong proficiency in instructional design and adult learning methodologies, including familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.

• Exceptional written communication, editing, and visual presentation skills, with the capability to convert technical or specialized content into engaging learning experiences for varied audiences.

• Excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while upholding quality and consistency.

• Comfort in collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and digital learning systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
