This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• This role is a hands-on, operational position that combines learning design with community building.

• As an essential team member, you will oversee two primary areas: the wellbeing of our global Coach Community and the learning initiatives we offer to clients.

• You will manage the daily experience of our coach community, serving as the go-to person for coaches and playing a vital role in establishing Sama as the preferred platform for the world's top executive coaches.

• Act as the main point of contact for coach inquiries and feedback.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for coaches.

• Design and execute a schedule of webinars, events, and communication touchpoints that promote authentic connections and professional development among our coaches.

• Keep comprehensive and accurate records of coaches, including their capabilities, certifications, experiences, areas of expertise, matching criteria, and performance data, ensuring they remain up-to-date.

• Track coach engagement and performance metrics; identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

• Keep coaches updated on product enhancements and ensure they are aligned with Sama's best practices.

• Collaborate with the Growth Team to guide and coordinate the development of programs for our clients, identifying opportunities for Sama to deliver value.

• Manage the design and execution of workshops, webinars, training, and coaching programs that utilize our global coach network.

• Adapt existing programs to address specific client requirements.

• Provide insights to Marketing, Product, and Sales teams based on feedback from the community.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong corporate Learning and Development experience, preferably in the professional or financial services sector.

• Proficient in learning program design: you can translate a client’s needs into a well-organized program.

• Comfortable with operational and administrative tasks; you will handle record-keeping, scheduling, reporting, and coordination effectively.

• Experience in a startup, consulting, or freelance setting; you are accustomed to building without extensive infrastructure.

• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills; both coaches and clients will depend on you.

• A self-motivated individual who can independently prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with executive coaching is an added advantage.
