Community Engagement Lead, Bilingual Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative of our brand, fostering significant connections with community leaders, educators, families, and youth.

• Communicate our services in engaging and accessible manners, both in-person and virtually, through community events, workshops, and online platforms.

• Design and implement outreach initiatives that cater to the specific needs of local communities while ensuring alignment with overarching brand and marketing objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Field Managers and Marketing teams to relay field insights and contribute to the continuous enhancement of community outreach strategies.

• Partner with Partnership teams to aid in system-level integration endeavors.

• Leverage social media platforms to create and disseminate content that resonates with local audiences, enhancing engagement and awareness.

• Assist in the organization and promotion of local events, ranging from webinars to community meetings, that showcase the advantages of our services.

• Collect feedback from community members and local ambassadors to inform future initiatives and enhance outreach efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in community outreach, youth engagement, or a related field.

• Strong presentation abilities and comfort in addressing diverse audiences, including young people, parents, and educators.

• Demonstrated experience in utilizing digital communication tools and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) for outreach and engagement.

• Capability to drive and travel regularly by car to attend and host community events.

• Experience in educational settings or with community organizations.

• Understanding of mental health services, youth engagement, or digital health initiatives.

• Familiarity with the target demographic (ages 13-25) and issues pertinent to young people.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage.
