Learning Data Architect, UX Consultant – Cornerstone, Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the reporting and dashboard capabilities for learning data in Cornerstone.

• Integrate data from Cornerstone and Workday by utilizing existing methodologies.

• Perform user research and conduct usability testing.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.

• Design accessible and user-friendly reporting interfaces.

• Work collaboratively with Learning & Development, Human Resources, product, and technical teams.

• Leverage data insights to improve reporting and enhance user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, UX Design, or Learning Technology.

• Proficient in Cornerstone and/or Workday platforms.

• Strong expertise in LMS/HRIS data management, reporting, and visualization techniques.

• Practical experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

• Capability to transform complex data into straightforward user experiences.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
