This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Provide foundational knowledge of the Instructure Learning Platform to clients and act as a specialist for Instructure products.
• Manage client projects focused on key initiatives while offering best practices and guidance to achieve the desired outcomes of those initiatives.
• Collaborate with fellow services team members and engage actively in project planning and execution activities.
• Employ critical thinking and research to generate actionable insights and effective solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, adaptability, and timeliness with minimal supervision.
• Understand client needs and tailor deliverables to meet specific use cases, goals, and plans with limited assistance.
• Conduct standard and customized training sessions for groups of varying sizes, audiences, and levels of experience.
• Create and maintain training curricula and materials, which include videos and self-paced online courses.
• Offer consulting services to various educational sectors to enhance platform usage and adoption.
• Assist clients with change management initiatives.
• Support clients in advanced utilization of Instructure’s products through training initiatives, consultation, and alignment of pedagogical goals with platform features.
• Facilitate online webinars, on-site training, and engage in other internal training scenarios as required.
• Investigate and comprehend client needs and objectives to aid in service customization, expansion of service offerings, and enhancement of the client experience.
• Recognize areas where further support, training, or consulting may be necessary to achieve client goals.
• Take part in team projects that align with the department's goals and initiatives.
• Pursue opportunities for professional development and reflect on constructive feedback.
• Set projections for all project tasks and milestones, ensure revenue recognition processes are fulfilled, and report any risks related to missed forecasts to leadership.
• Familiarity with pedagogical methods, technology adoption strategies, and best practices in educational technology.
• Capability to engage a diverse range of audiences, including educators, administrators, and leadership personnel.
• Experience in teaching or training within corporate, K12, vocational, or higher education environments.
• Ability to maintain training sessions that are engaging, enjoyable, effective, and pertinent.
• Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development, accountability, and delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in using web conferencing technologies and web-based tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar to coordinate, manage, and facilitate training.
