Learning Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational workflows

• Provide specialized support to healthcare clinics by assessing workflows

• Conduct training sessions and offer coaching on workflow optimization

• Aid in the creation and development of educational programs

• Gather and analyze feedback to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related role is required

• 10 years of relevant experience is preferred

• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency must be obtained within 6 months of employment

• At least 3 years of Epic Willow training experience is necessary

• Experience in supporting Epic users is advantageous

• Willingness to travel up to 50% is required
