This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance workflows.
• Offer temporary, high-caliber support for administrative and technical EHR functions.
• Oversee, manage, and resolve JIRA tickets and internal assistance requests.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and providers.
• Assess workflows and provide strategic recommendations to member leadership.
• Propel enhancements in line with OCHIN’s best practice standards.
• Conduct engaging training sessions in various formats.
• Aid in the design and improvement of learning programs and training materials.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant position is required.
• 10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Ambulatory is necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering Epic training is preferred.
• Experience in providing training through multiple modalities is essential.
• Proven experience in training Epic Ambulatory workflows to a varied audience is required.
• A strong understanding of health center clinical operations is preferred.
• Must be able to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the interview.
