• Act as a trusted advisor to Deans and Program Directors during program design discussions; articulate program identity, align curriculum with program design, and navigate challenging faculty interactions.

• Partner with Noodle’s build, maintenance, and term preparation teams to ensure successful collaboration with our university partners: articulate program design, showcase program voice and style, review university signature elements (i.e., the University Way), guide the team through approved templates, share exemplars, and outline a clear vision for our joint designs.

• Monitor and provide constructive feedback on all course builds and updates by reviewing drafts at specified points in the build process, offering formative feedback based on our quality rubrics and the University Way, ensuring that each course meets or surpasses our benchmarks and the expectations set with university partners.

• Collaborate with program build teams, particularly the Senior Learning Designer and Project Manager, to keep university partners, team leadership, and General Managers updated on our progress, and work with the team to quickly resolve any obstacles to successful builds.

• Own the continuous improvement process for the programs we support, utilizing data to make strategic recommendations that enhance the quality of the learning experience regularly.

• Partner with the General Manager to represent our learning capabilities across the campus.

• Work with your Student Support and Engagement colleagues to integrate student feedback into future course design efforts, furthering our mutual commitment to student retention and graduation.

• Occasionally provide support for sales and consultation initiatives aimed at acquiring new partnerships.
