• The Rev Cycle Org Learning Architect collaborates with the leadership team, operations management, executive stakeholders, and engages with fellow educators, subject matter experts, application team members, and vendors to create, implement, and enhance a comprehensive suite of systems and service education and training programs.
• Organizes and monitors educational event logistics, engages in instructional design, and contributes to project schedules.
• Facilitates organizational education initiatives, leads events, gathers feedback, and assesses training effectiveness.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives, employing strategies to enhance quality and lower costs.
• Develops and sustains educational resources, translating processes and workflows for training purposes.
• Provides training and credentials for trainers, serves as a liaison, offers support during and after go-live, and identifies potential risks.
• Enhances performance and manages change to align with organizational objectives while independently overseeing projects and coordinating with vendors as necessary.
• Cultivates and promotes effective team interactions through transparent communication, exemplifying positive behaviors, and facilitating team dynamics and problem-solving using insights into group dynamics.
• Actively seeks feedback and mentorship for personal growth and collaborates with cross-departmental partners to ensure that project outcomes align with business objectives.
• Preferred experience of at least 5 years in instructing and/or developing educational content.
• Capability to learn systems and applications to an intermediate level.
• Proven skills in active listening, critical inquiry, and problem-solving.
• Ability to navigate and assist others in navigating through change.
• Competence in establishing and adhering to project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Proficiency in demonstrating and certifying to train on organizational workflows and system applications.
• Willingness to travel or commute for training and/or special projects.
• Required intermediate experience in developing, coordinating, and delivering educational and training programs.
• Knowledge and experience with computer software systems for documentation, word processing, presentations, spreadsheets, and process flows.
• Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in applying adult learning methodologies.
• Epic Certification and/or Certified Instructional Technologist (Mager Consortium) required within 18 months of hire; associated certification costs will be covered by the organization upon receipt of a signed education agreement.
