This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop engaging training resources, such as presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids, to meet the learning needs of employees, customers, and partners.
• Facilitate virtual and/or in-person training sessions for a variety of audiences, including educators, administrators, current employees, customers, and partners, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of our products (features, functionalities, pedagogy, etc.), the K12 academic framework, and other services.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to collect information and insights necessary for creating effective training content and courses.
• Regularly evaluate training needs and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Keep abreast of product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure training material remains current and applicable.
• Provide continuous support and guidance to all stakeholders by addressing questions, resolving issues, and handling training-related inquiries.
• Aid in the development and execution of strategies to encourage the adoption and utilization of our products and services.
• Assist in creating and implementing instructor and leadership development programs.
• Organize and maintain training documentation, records, and materials in a systematic and accessible manner.
• Support initiatives aimed at increasing engagement with products and platforms, including designing and facilitating training for new users.
• Attend all meetings related to product and platform functionalities and/or enhancements, and assist in cross-training team members.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of new and improved Stride products and platforms to achieve proficiency and incorporate product updates into skills.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Talent Development roadmap and strategy.
• Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in talent development, educational training, or a similar role.
• A solid understanding of effective training methodologies and a genuine passion for working with adult learners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web-based tools.
• Eligibility to pass the required background check.
• A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field of study.
• Professional Training Certification.
• Instructional Design Certification.
• Proficiency with design tools, such as Canva.
