This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Organize and guide team members to cultivate a positive team culture while ensuring that expectations are met.
• Inspire and engage staff to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness in their roles.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development for the Learning & Development (L&D) staff.
• Address and resolve performance-related issues among team members.
• Develop and implement L&D strategies aimed at skill enhancement, knowledge deepening, and improving the performance of our operations teams.
• Collaborate with other L&D leaders to promote a forward-thinking strategy that utilizes AI and other tools to boost speed and impact.
• Oversee the development, execution, refinement, and evaluation of training programs, communications, and L&D Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure that L&D initiatives are making a positive impact on the business through data analysis and clear outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and implement improvements as directed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure uniformity across L&D practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with operations, sales, business development, and technology partners.
• Stay informed about the evolution of the payroll operations organization and current and future payroll initiatives.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned or requested.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Payroll or Human Capital Management (HCM) industry in Operations or in a client-facing role.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving results through learning and development initiatives.
• Exhibits a high level of energy and a strong desire to achieve success.
• Capable of thriving in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial spirit.
• Possesses creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to advance proactive initiatives while simultaneously managing reactive tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be both personable and persistent.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to follow up.
• Ability to inspire passion and commitment in others, motivating teams to reach performance targets.
• Demonstrated dedication to leadership development, coaching, and providing constructive feedback.
• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience in leadership.
• CPP/FPC certification preferred.
