This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Implement various methods for e-learning and online training within our platform.
• Develop new course and workshop templates on our platform.
• Analyze and assess both organizational and individual development needs.
• Organize and participate in meetings and discussions to enhance knowledge on training ideas.
• Collaborate closely with managers, mentors, and HR to promote better development.
• Identify and implement new techniques for execution.
• Evaluate the outcomes after implementing new ideas.
• Keep informed about the latest developments in the industry related to learning and development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of development plans and assist employees in maximizing learning opportunities.
• Support mentors in developing their team members through career pathing.
• Aid in the creation and delivery of engineering training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our engineering team.
• Work with senior engineers and trainers to develop engaging training materials, presentations, and workshops.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all participants receive timely and accurate information about the training events.
• Provide administrative support for training activities, including maintaining training records, tracking attendance, and preparing training reports.
• Address inquiries from engineering staff regarding training opportunities, resources, and requirements.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in engineering practices and technologies to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.
• Assist in organizing engineering workshops, seminars, and events to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify specific training needs and customize programs to address skill gaps and individual development goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
• Fundamental understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and motivate others.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for effective management of training logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in training coordination or instructional design is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership qualities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Quick learner with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Solid understanding of the latest technology and its processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Psychology; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Interpersonal skills to help individuals learn and grow.
• Knowledge of IT and spreadsheet applications.
• Learn On-Demand SaaS Tools: Acquire hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Moodle and Zoho One, enhancing your technical skills.
