This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
β’ Organize and coordinate webinars, training sessions, presentations, and urgent special interventions (CI β Critical Incidents) for clients in the regions we serve.
β’ Notify and coordinate trainers or psychological support within our network.
β’ Work collaboratively with Lyra's international headquarters located in the UK and South Africa, as well as with relevant teams around the globe.
β’ Review translations (in French) of training materials and documentation.
β’ Provide assistance with administrative tasks, alongside chat and email support.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on service and client satisfaction.
β’ You are a personable, approachable team player who enjoys taking initiative, maintains an overview during high-pressure situations, and remains composed during peak times.
β’ You work independently, with precision, and uphold a high standard of quality in your outputs.
β’ Proficient use of Google tools is essential.
β’ Fluency in French (preferably near-native), English, and German is required, as these three languages will be used daily. Knowledge of Italian would be advantageous.
β’ Previous experience in a coordination role is preferred.
