This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Utilize tools such as Articulate Rise to create engaging digital modules with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Oversee refresher training schedules, ensuring that all required compliance milestones are achieved.
• Spearhead the implementation of key initiatives, including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
• Develop specialized training programs tailored for team leaders and managers.
• Perform gap analyses to pinpoint areas for skill enhancement.
• Manage the administrative core of the department by maintaining training calendars, overseeing budgets, and collaborating with external providers.
• A minimum of 3 years in Learning & Development, facilitation, or HR, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in online authoring tools, particularly RISE/Articulate.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Possession of a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) and preferably a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Excellent presentation skills and the capability to forge strong, collaborative relationships with individuals from senior leaders to frontline workers.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, along with a sincere passion for the community work conducted by Orange Sky.
