This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ You will be responsible for the Mojo DNA induction, providing customized, high-impact sessions for both Core and Certified employees.
β’ You will manage the Certification Checklist, ensuring all regulatory and compliance tasks are completed, documented, and reviewed in preparation for oversight by the G&D Manager.
β’ You will define the impact of AI on roles across the organization, facilitating training with Subject Matter Experts to cultivate a culture where employees effectively utilize LLMs.
β’ You will manage our learning platforms - Sana - creating structured growth pathways and ensuring all materials remain updated on our intranet (Our Mojo).
β’ You serve as the crucial link between Mojo and our growth partners, driving excellence throughout our advisory community.
β’ Culture of Change: Aligned with our Mojo culture, you are proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions, rather than waiting for guidance.
β’ Domain Expertise: You have a strong understanding of Mortgages and/or Protection (Income Protection, Life, and Critical Illness). You can confidently communicate their value and mentor others in delivering exceptional advice.
β’ Qualifications: You are CeMAP qualified OR possess sufficient industry experience (e.g., underwriting, case management, or a lender background).
β’ Strategic L&D Background: Demonstrated experience in L&D with a history of designing programs that showcase clear ROI. You aspire to advance your career from delivery to the strategic aspect of growth.
