This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Cultivate warm, supportive, and professional relationships with learners in designated cohorts, ensuring that the classroom atmosphere reflects Generation's values of learning.

• Facilitate some whole-class delivery sessions, including Employability Essentials and Community sessions.

• Implement clear support and interventions for cases where learners' attendance falls short of expectations.

• Establish clear support plans and interventions for instances where engagement (cameras/participation) is lacking.

• Ensure effective support for learners, including those with inclusion needs or additional support requirements.

• Employ effective strategies for learners with inclusion needs to help them achieve the same outcomes as their peers in Generation programs.

• Collaborate with learners to set goals regarding their progress in the bootcamp, ensuring clear support plans and interventions are in place as necessary to attain career readiness.

• Coordinate with Senior staff to address learner escalations concerning conduct, attendance, and learning, in accordance with Generation's policies.

• Oversee the mock interview process for assigned cohorts, including hosting the online event and ensuring all learners receive constructive feedback.

• Provide feedback to all learners on their CV drafts and help them enhance their CV-building skills.

• Ensure that all learners achieve overall career readiness by the conclusion of the program.

• Review learner progress weekly through data analysis, which includes feedback, attendance, assessment data, and lesson observations. Develop plans for additional intervention and support as needed to guarantee learners achieve career readiness by the program's end.

• Participate in the weekly cohort meeting with the instructor, ensuring that action plans are established to support learners and maintain our on-program KPIs (course completion, learner satisfaction, assessment, and learning outcomes).

• Collaborate with other Generation teams to ensure the smooth operation of cohort delivery.

• Provide a comprehensive handover to the Placement Phase colleagues regarding learners' learning outcomes and career readiness to facilitate their support as learners transition into that phase.

• Offer logistical support for any in-person training requirements with partners (venues/travel), which may involve attending these training days/events.

• Engage in observations and coaching practices to continuously enhance methods so that all learners make expected progress.

• Contribute to a community of practice for the Learner Support team, creating opportunities for collaboration, learning, and sharing best practices.

• Understanding of the employability landscape, including key elements of a strong job application, as well as the skills and behaviors necessary for securing and maintaining employment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including learners, instructors, and colleagues across Generation teams.

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying issues early and taking the initiative to implement solutions.

• Familiarity with current trends in the adult training and learning sector.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

• Methodical approach to record-keeping and documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date learner records are maintained.

• Sound judgment and the ability to maintain clear professional boundaries, knowing when to escalate, refer, or step back.

• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms, including Google Drive and Microsoft Teams.

• Relevant experience in enhancing outcomes for learners, encompassing both group and individual support.

• Experience utilizing a coaching approach to assist individuals in reflecting on their progress, setting personal goals, and developing self-advocacy skills.
