This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee and execute Lean Six Sigma projects from inception to sustainment, ensuring they align with both regional and enterprise strategic goals.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis) to enhance quality, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, design, and outline new or redesigned processes that incorporate automation, digital solutions, and AI-driven capabilities to minimize waste, enhance consistency, and facilitate scalability.
• Collaborate closely with functional leaders and stakeholders to pinpoint improvement opportunities and establish clear problem statements, success metrics, and benefit targets.
• Propel change management and adoption through robust stakeholder engagement, influencing without authority, and effective communication.
• Monitor, verify, and report on project outcomes, including both financial and non-financial benefits.
• Assist in capability development by coaching project teams and, when appropriate, mentoring Green Belt and Yellow Belt practitioners.
• Work in conjunction with the Six Sigma Region Leader to prioritize initiatives, manage the project pipeline, and further regional operational excellence objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory; Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience managing process improvement or operational excellence projects in complex organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable enhancements across various functions (e.g., operations, quality, supply chain, finance, customer experience).
• Strong analytical abilities with the capability to convert data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
