Lead/Senior Full-stack Developer, C# – Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead and participate in the creation of impactful software solutions.

• Supervise project architecture and engage with cross-functional teams.

• Mentor developers while being actively involved in both backend and frontend development.

• Propel project success and deliver scalable, maintainable applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Experience in developing complex, enterprise-level systems.

• Demonstrated ability to build scalable and distributed applications.

• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

• Frontend development skills with Angular and TypeScript.

• Significant experience with Azure cloud services.

• Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles.

• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

• Familiarity with testing methodologies (TDD and/or BDD).

• Production experience that includes debugging, logging, and observability.

• Experience in providing technical leadership and mentorship.

• Capability to balance development, architecture, and leadership duties.

• Hands-on engineer with a strong sense of ownership.

• Comfortable working across the entire technology stack (backend + frontend).

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• **Nice-to-Have Requirements:**

• Experience in the financial sector.

• Familiarity with feature flags and observability tools.

• Experience with no/low-code integrations (e.g., banking connectors).

• Experience with on-call rotations and production support.

• Knowledge of security and performance testing.
