
Leadership Development Specialist β Full-Time Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design and create high-quality asynchronous learning experiences, which encompass e-learning courses, toolkits, job aids, templates, and resources for leadership.
β’ Convert instructional frameworks, leadership competencies (such as PSEL and K12 Leadership Excellence Framework), and organizational objectives into practical, actionable materials for school and district leaders.
β’ Develop implementation-focused resources that assist leaders in applying best practices in areas like instructional coaching, data-driven instruction, feedback and observation cycles, and school improvement planning.
β’ Collaborate with subject matter experts, academic teams, and stakeholders to collect insights and ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and aligned.
β’ Work alongside production and design teams to create engaging multimedia learning experiences, including interactive modules, videos, and scenario-based learning.
β’ Review, revise, and enhance current professional learning content to maintain coherence, alignment, and effectiveness across the leadership development portfolio.
β’ Utilize adult learning theory and microlearning design principles to develop engaging, accessible, and effective asynchronous content.
β’ Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in talent development, educational training, or a similar role, with experience at the school or district leadership level (e.g., principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, or district leader).
β’ A deep understanding of effective training methodologies and a genuine passion for engaging with adult learners.
β’ Proven expertise in instructional coaching and/or mentoring school leaders.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of instructional best practices, observation and feedback cycles, and data-driven instruction.
β’ Experience in creating professional learning content, curriculum, or instructional materials tailored for adult learners.
β’ Strong capability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical, and actionable resources.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web tools.
β’ Ability to pass the required background check.
