Leadership Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with private equity and corporate clients to evaluate, develop, and mentor fund-level investors, CEOs, C-suite executives, and leadership teams across various portfolios, functions, and geographical locations.

• Provide actionable insights and impactful recommendations regarding leadership challenges, organizational efficiency, and team capability enhancement.

• Offer guidance to clients on essential priorities, including CEO succession planning, leadership development, and team effectiveness.

• Build and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with executive-level clients, utilizing data, empathy, and a profound understanding of their motivations to influence effectively.

• Direct engagements by analyzing qualitative data, pinpointing key solutions, and driving strategic outcomes that inform client strategies.

• Empower teams and promote actionable results that improve leadership and organizational performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• An MBA, PhD, or equivalent (typically 7+ years of post-graduate experience) is preferred.

• Exceptional ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior-level clients.

• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex data sets.

• Proven capability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

• A demonstrated history of success in leadership advisory, management consulting, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to executive audiences.

• An entrepreneurial spirit along with a passion and curiosity for understanding how leadership can enhance organizational performance.
