Lead Wind Turbine Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain safe work practices, and ensure a secure working environment.

• Identify and resolve intricate mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical challenges.

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and replacements of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components to fix malfunctions.

• Utilize electrical testing tools to aid in troubleshooting and testing procedures.

• Capable of offering technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with colleagues across all professional levels.

• Engage with customers and address their inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

• Efficiently collect information on turbine performance or issues to diagnose, recommend, and implement solutions for complex problems.

• Recognize any deficiencies in safety standards and potential safety hazards within the workplace.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• OSHA 10 General Industry certification is required.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Must have a Real ID or Passport; capability to travel by air is necessary.
