• Define the creative vision and technical direction for real-time visual effects throughout the project.

• Inspire, guide, and mentor a team of VFX artists, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and a consistent visual language.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Extensive professional experience in real-time VFX, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional artistry, technical skill, and a cohesive visual style.**

• Proven leadership experience in guiding teams of VFX artists, providing mentorship, and setting quality and efficiency standards.

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Photoshop, Substance, After Effects, Houdini, Embergen, or their equivalents.

• In-depth knowledge of particle systems, textures, simulations, and optimization strategies for real-time performance.

• Capability to define and communicate a clear VFX vision that enhances both gameplay and narrative.

• Strong collaboration skills across disciplines, with experience aligning VFX direction with art, design, and programming.

• Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges and establish scalable workflows and pipelines.

• Experience with project planning, source control, and documentation to ensure the VFX team operates seamlessly within studio and departmental frameworks.
