Lead UX/UI – Taxes APP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Define a UX strategy that aligns with both business and user objectives.

• Advocate for UX best practices and provide mentorship to junior designers.

• Conduct user research and usability testing.

• Generate insights to inform product and design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Maintain and evolve the design system.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.

• Present design decisions and facilitate ideation workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in user experience (UX) design for digital products (web, mobile, SaaS, etc.).

• Strong portfolio: A portfolio showcasing experience in end-to-end projects, with a clear focus on the design process and business impact.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

• Experience using research and analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Basic understanding of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Soft skills: Autonomy and proactivity, critical and analytical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, empathy, and collaboration abilities.
